NEW CREATIVE: STEAMED FISH WITH COCONUT SAUCE INSIDE COCONUT

Hi Everyone , Welcoming to my Site ! Today I would like to show you about New Creative Cooking: Delicious Recipe: "Steamed Fish with Coconut Sauce, Mushroom and Ginger Inside Coconut"

***** I cut the fish into parts, slice mushroom,gingers then I put inside the coconut with coconut sauce, and accompanied by some garlic,celery, leek on the top and the last I put  sugar, Rody Salt, fish sauce ( Rody Salt:Thailand product is made from Chicken ingredient)

Note: Done cooked is about 2 hours and half I would like to recommend to cut coconut into a bit thin than mine, it will be cooked done less hours than me thanks.
